Post Dems To Repeal Part Of Obamacare
Talk about a paperwork nightmare: Tucked into the massive new health care law is a demand that nearly 40 million U.S. businesses file tax forms for every vendor that sells them more than $600 in goods.
House Democrats now want to repeal it.
The requirement would hit about 38 million businesses, charities and tax-exempt organizations, many of them small businesses already swamped by government paperwork, according to a recent report by the National Taxpayer Advocate. It would also create an avalanche of paperwork that could strain the IRS itself, wrote the advocate, an independent watchdog within the IRS.
"This is an issue we want to address and now we have an opportunity to do so," said Kristie Greco, a spokeswoman for House Majority Whip James Clyburn (D., S.C.).

House Democrats proposed repealing a piece of the health care overhaul Friday, a move designed to thwart Republican efforts to do the same thing and declare an early victory in their efforts to repeal the whole law.

It is just ridiculous to pass a 2700 page bill without knowing what is in it. It is more ridiculous to sign it. Perhaps they should have addressed the issue BEFORE they passed it. But no, gotta have health care, gotta have it now, the economy's gonna crash without it. Look out the window, the economy has already crashed and stuff like this puts Verne Gagne's sleeper hold on it.
All these Dems want to do, it seems, is play politics. When you play politics with 16% of the economy you end up with the new normal, aka 10% unemployment forever.

They are toast in November. Afghanistan war the most deadly month ever, so much for ending the wars.

Or ending our involvement in foreign wars?

Or correcting the economy?

Or lowering unemployment rates?

Or being "open and transparent"?

Unless I can be proven wrong with some facts and data, it appears as though Obama simply is continuing the disastrous policies of Bush, albeit on a larger and catastrophic scale.

Unemployment was much lower during Bush, mostly 4 & 5%. Hardly a disastrous policy, and certainly not one Obama is continuing. Unemployment NEVER hit 7% until Obama was elected.

Here is an article with people complaining about the unemployment rate rising to 4.4%. It went down the next month.

Six years later it was 4.5% (initially; later revised downward)

Yup. And we were paying $4.50 a gallon for gas, with unbelieveable food and commerce prices. Now things are good again, like they were under the Clinton Presidency. Too bad so sad, lazy unemployed loser.

The reason why gas was $4.50 a gallon is because people COULD afford $4.50 a gallon. People had jobs and were spending money like water. The people who could not afford $4.50 a gallon were buying on credit. Supply and demand sets the price. Things are much worse today.

Actually gas was 99 cents a gallon under Clinton. I could buy an entire grocery cart full of groceries for $75.00 during the Clinton years.

Today gas is still $2.70+ and It takes about $200 to fill up a grocery cart. We aren't even close to Clinton prices.

Not even close to Bill Clinton Unemployment numbers, or Bill Clinton GDP Growth. Obummer is not Bill Clinton.

Companies are not hiring because they have no idea what Health Care Reform is going to cost or how much impending Cap and Trade will cost. Its impossible for a business to project long term expenses.

Yes, Bush screwed up the economy.. BUT.. this administration is not doing anything to make matters better. From the looks of it, we are going to be in limbo until 2014.

Oh, THANK you, Mr. President. I didn't realize you had all the answers. Hmmm...I didn't see your name on the ballot in 2008; there wasn't the name "Douchebag Fuckbrain" anywhere, or perhaps you could have been elected.
